Deleting Unscanned Items

Due to customers accidentally deleting items and then complaints about how they cannot undo, we have disabled the functionality to delete items it in the app. In order to delete unscanned items, you must do the following and then reach out to support@getstocksavvy.com:

  1. Export your products in Shopify (this essentially creates a backup). You’ll receive an email with a link to the .csv file. Make sure to download the .csv file and not just forward to us because only you can access the link.

  2. Export your inventory in Shopify. This is different than your products. You’ll receive an email with a link to the .csv file. Make sure to download the .csv file and not just forward to us because only you can access the link.

  3. Send an email and attach the two .csv files; also give us the URL of the session you want to delete the unscanned items .
  4. We will delete the unscanned items from that session and notify you.
